Intro for Designers:
2 days + 1 optional
Getting
a solid understanding of Max is a key objective of the
training. Take notes at your own speed, use any training
material brought to the sessions and discuss your
aspirations with the trainer who is an industry
professional.

Course content:
Modelling:
Beginning with creating interactive primitives
and shapes we show you how to convert these into
ever more complex models.
Materials:
Discovering just how to make and apply different
materials using the supplied library. We also
look at how to create new materials that are
unique to your own industry.
Lighting:
Nothing is as it first seems in the complex world
of computer simulation and here we guide you thro
technical solutions and some of the physics
behind creative lighting.
Rendering:
Max is a powerful tool and very flexible, but
this brings a number of solutions to many
industry requirements. We guide you thro a maze
of technical considerations and provide some
solutions that you can develop for your own style
and industry requirements.

can be at either your location or ours.
